How to enroll

• Fill in, print and send the form to us by fax, or mail together with the receipt showing you've paid 30% of the price for the course you've chosen to attend plus the enrollment fee of €35.
• If you are not yet 18 years old you need to have one of your parents sign the form for you.
  

How and when to pay

• You can pay by:

• We will send you confirmation of your enrollment as soon as we receive your payment.
• You will pay the rest on the day of the assessment test. Otherwise you will not be admitted to the lessons.

About the lessons

• Lessons will take place from Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon, except on National Holiday. In case of a National Holiday, the lesson will be postponed to another day/time.
• The day you take the Assessment -test you will attend no lessons.
  If, after the Test, you are the only student in your group/level or in a group of less than 4 students, the school might decide to reduce the number of hours of the course since you will be able to work much faster and harder in such situations.
  

How to cancel

• If you decide not to attend a course after you've already enrolled you'll have to inform us by registered letter or telegram at least 15 days before the beginning of the course. In such case you will not have to pay the rest of the sum.
• If instead you want to quit a course already started you will receive no reimbursement at all.

Accommodation

• The school can help you find an accommodation, but it is not responsible for the relationship you will have with the owner.
  
• If you are renting a room in a flat you will have to pay the rent within two days from your arrival.
  
• If you want to change accommodation you will have to give the owner a two week notice.
  
• Any damage you might cause to the room or furniture will have to be repaid directly by you to the owner.
  
• The accommodation is personal, therefore if you want to have guests you need to talk about it with the owner.
  

Insurance

• The school provides an insurance which is strictly linked to the school facilities. We therefore advise you to arrange some sort of personal insurance before coming to Italy.
